Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)

Name of Work: Selection of Chartered Accountant Firms for Audit the Accounts of Prime University for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

The Prime University invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and reputed Chartered Accountant (CA) firms for consideration and nomination to conduct the Audit of Accounts of the University for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

Eligibility Criteria:

a) The firm must be enlisted with Bangladesh Bank,

b) The firm must have a minimum of 7 years of general experience from the date of establishment,

c) The firm should have experienced and qualified workforce for conducting Audit and related works,

d) The firm should have established office, updated trade license, TIN and VAT Registration,

e) Must have experience in conducting audit of the Private University and

f) The firm should not have any conflict of interest in relation to the university.

Documents to be Submitted:

1. Firm Profile and Brief of Past Experience,
2. Copy of ICAB Registration Certificate,
3. Details of Partners and Qualified Staff,
4. List of Similar Assignments in Last 5 Years,
5. Declaration of Non-Conflict of Interest and
6. Any other relevant supporting documents.

Submission Deadline:

EOIs must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly superscripted “EOI for Nomination of CA Firms – Accounts Audit” and reach the office of the undersigned on or before 14th September 2026 by 5:00 PM.
