Most. Marufa Akter is a Lecturer at Prime University, Bangladesh, specializing in Bangla Language and Literature. She completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Bangla from the University of Rajshahi, where she developed a strong academic foundation in Bengali literary studies.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Jahangirnagar University. Her doctoral research is titled “Political Novels of Bangladesh: Generic Characteristics,” which explores the genre, evolution, and distinctive literary features of political novels in Bangladesh.

Most. Marufa Akter’s research interests include Bangladeshi political literature, Bangla drama, Bengali literary criticism, genre studies, and the broader field of Bangla language and literature. She is committed to advancing research and contributing to academic scholarship through teaching, research, and literary analysis.
