Dr. Md. Mahedi Hasan is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Business Administration at Prime University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Rajshahi, with a research focus on ICT applications in agricultural production in Bangladesh. He also earned an MBA in Information Technology and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science, building a strong interdisciplinary foundation in business and technology.

With over 15 years of teaching experience in both Bangladesh and India, Dr. Hasan has demonstrated consistent academic leadership and commitment to excellence. He has taught a wide range of courses, including Management Information Systems, Fundamentals of Computer, System Analysis and Design, E-commerce, and Principles of Management. In addition to teaching, he has served in key administrative roles such as Program Coordinator and Member Secretary of the Academic Committee, and currently leads the department as Head.

Passionate about teaching, research, and academic leadership, Dr. Hasan is dedicated to fostering an engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking, innovation, and practical application of knowledge. His commitment to integrating technology with business education continues to inspire students and contribute meaningfully to academia and society.
