Md. Asib Hasan is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Prime University. He completed his BBA and MBA from Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST). His research interests focus on Industry 4.0 technologies in education, cloud-based human resource management, artificial intelligence applications, and organizational behavior, particularly employee innovative behavior and organizational commitment.

His recent research explores the adoption of advanced technologies in education using the extended TOE framework, the use of AI in organizational and banking contexts, and the factors influencing innovative behavior in the banking sector of Bangladesh. He is also interested in examining how organizational factors contribute to performance, innovation, and technology adoption in developing economies.
