MD. Mursalin
Lecturer
MD. Mursalin is a dedicated legal academic and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Law at Prime University. In this role, he is committed to fostering critical thinking, legal analysis, and ethical awareness among students while contributing to a vibrant and intellectually engaging academic environment. Prior to this, he served as a Lecturer at EXIM Bank Agricultural University Bangladesh, where he gained valuable experience in teaching and curriculum development.
He holds both an LL.M. (CGPA 3.85) and an LL.B. (CGPA 3.74) from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University. His academic achievements have been recognized with merit-based scholarships, and he secured a Talentpool scholarship with 5th position in Gazipur District in his SSC examination.
His research interests include human rights, constitutional law, and judicial processes. His research works on under-trial prisoners’ rights and preventive detention laws in Bangladesh are currently under review in reputed journals. He has also published an article analyzing constitutional reconstruction in Bangladesh.
Mursalin has actively participated in numerous workshops, seminars, and training programs on legal education, research methodologies, digital skills, and contemporary legal issues. He is also a champion of moot court competitions, reflecting his strong advocacy and analytical abilities.
He remains committed to advancing legal education, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to institutional excellence through research, teaching, and mentorship.
