Md. Emon is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Prime University, Bangladesh, where he has been serving since January 21, 2026. He specializes in Human Resource Management, sustainability, and organizational behavior with a strong research focus on artificial intelligence capability, green management practices, and sustainable organizational performance.

He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Barishal, achieving a CGPA of 3.76 out of 4.00. His master's thesis, “Enhancing Sustainable Performance through AI Capability: The Mediating Roles of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), and Competitive Advantage with Green Dynamic Capabilities as a Moderator,” reflects his growing expertise in integrating sustainability, technology, and strategic management. He also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution with a CGPA of 3.67.

Mr. Emon’s research interests include Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Sustainable Performance, Artificial Intelligence Capability, Green Supply Chain Management, Organizational Sustainability, Employee Behavior, and Innovation Management. He is actively engaged in interdisciplinary research exploring how organizations can achieve sustainable competitiveness through environmentally responsible practices and advanced technological capabilities.

He has published multiple peer-reviewed research articles in internationally recognized journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, including Environmental Research Communications, Future Business Journal, Environmental Development, Discover Sustainability, and Cogent Business & Management. His publications primarily address sustainability, green innovation, environmental performance, and employee productivity. His scholarly work has appeared in high-ranking Q1 and Q2 journals, demonstrating strong academic impact and research productivity early in his career.
